Sweet Charity

On February 10th and 11th 2010, The Meadows School Theatre presented the musical “Sweet Charity”. Joseph who has been doing behind the scenes tech work for several of the last Meadows School productions stepped into the spotlight for this musical production of Neil Simon’s book. He was cast into several roles both singing and dancing. And despite being an actor in the play he still managed quite a bit of the behind scene work building and painting the set. (You can see part of his handiwork in the Rhythm of Life dance below – he built and painted the stairs in the background. He also built and painted the dance hall rails the girls are leaning on when the dirty old man is making his choice below )

Joe, what a cute website! I see now where you get your awesome personality from; your family is beautiful. We all had so much fun while being dorks on stage with you (not that you are a dork, just us!) during Sweet Charity. My mom just called this morning and said she found this site from a Google search, so I wanted to personally thank you for sharing my “Doo Wee Doooo” face for the world to see LOL
I hope you’ve had a fabulous school career and senior year at TMS and I wish you all the success and happiness that you can handle in your lifetime.
Cheers,
Starr Moore (the lady that “do wee’d” on your right)

P.s. I didn’t know you won Homecoming Royalty, CONGRATS 🙂
